Big storm swell at Pt Piquet

It has been quite awhile since my first post, and I do apologise: I have been flat out working a big whale season in Geographe Bay, with Curtin University down for November undertaking the Theodolite study for the third successive year, and nearly 20 small vessel photo-id trips completed.

Today is a milestone, as my website has been updated with 5 new pages thanks to a very talented Sarah Marley. We decided to sit down in a coffee shop in Dunsborough this afternoon as a  very fierce storm crossed the West coast, generating 50+knots of wind and a huge swell (see pic below).

I will be posting regularly and working on the website.
